Special Notice Lufax Holding Ltd Share Consolidation Announcement

Dear Clients，

Lufax Holding Ltd announced its 4-to-1 share consolidation will take place on Dec 15th. This means every 4 shares of Lufax Holding Ltd held by investors will be consolidated to 1 share. Meantime, the share price of LU will be adjusted upwards at a ratio of 1:4.

As the CFD product #LU provided by ATFX is derived from the Exchange-traded stock Lufax Holding Ltd, the product’s price will also undergo the share consolidation.

The example below describes how #LU 4-to-1 share consolidation affects current holding position.

Note:

1. All pending orders Take Profit/Stop loss/Buy Limit/Sell Limit/Buy Stop/Sell Stop will be DELETED on 14 December 2023 after market closed.
2. In order to ensure the price stability after the share consolidation and to avoid affecting clients’ transactions, the start trading time of #LU will be delayed by 5 minutes on 15 December 2023. It means the trading time start from 16:38 MT4 system time!!
3. Clients who hold less than 4 share CFD are unable to perform 4-to-1 share consolidation, theadjustments will be made by “Cash”, the adjusted amount will be deducted from (buy order) or paid to (sell order) the trading account.
