About the Index CFD Dividend Adjustments for Swap Free Clients

Dear Client,

The following table shows the overnight swaps of the Indices CFDs subject to adjustment. The changes are caused by ex-dividend of constituent stocks in certain indices on a certain date.

The adjustment value will be calculated on the second day. Clients who are holding those Index CFDs open positions are advised to closely monitor their positions and maintain sufficient margin for the special adjustments.

Note:

1. Pips refers to the smallest price movement of Index.
   For example, if US30 price is 27,280.8, since the smallest price movement is 0.1, “1 pip” is the price movement of 0.1.
2. The Dividends Adjustment of point’s value will be paid to Long positions. The Dividends Adjustment of point’s value will be deducted from Short positions.
3. The adjustment amount will be reflected to your trading account Balance.
4. The Dividend values provided are received from liquidity providers (LP) and are subject to omissions or errors. If there is any change, the final values is subject to the trading platform.

Indices Swaps – Adjustment

Dear Client,

The following table shows the overnight swaps of the Indices CFDs subject to adjustment. The changes are caused by ex-dividend of constituent stocks in certain indices on a certain date.

Note:

1. Pips refers to the smallest price movement of Index.
   For example, if HK50 price is 28,380.8, since the smallest price movement is 0.1, “1 pip” is the price movement of 0.1.
2. The swaps will be calculated at the end of day, which is at 00:00 platform time. Clients are advised to closely monitor your open positions and maintain sufficient margin for the special overnight indices’ swaps charged.

ATFX will update the swaps at around 01:00PM (GMT+3). Clients can also view the swap information under the Product Specifications section of the MT4 platform.

Khách hàng nắm giữ CFD hoặc ETF trên cổ phiếu cho đến ngày không hưởng cổ tức được liệt kê bên dưới sẽ nhận được hoặc bị tính cổ tức nếu họ mua hoặc bán cổ phiếu của CFD hoặc ETF một cách tương ứng. Cổ tức sẽ không được nhận hoặc bị tính vào hoặc sau ngày không hưởng cổ tức.

Khách hàng nắm giữ vị thế mua CFD trên cổ phiếu hoặc ETF có thể nhận cổ tức được tính như sau:

Cổ tức nhận được = Cổ tức bằng Cổ phiếu được công bố x số của cổ phiếu của CFD ở vị thế mua

Khách hàng nắm giữ vị thế bán CFD trên cổ phiếu hoặc ETF có thể nhận cổ tức được tính như sau:

Cổ tức bị tính phí = Cổ tức bằng Cổ phiếu được công bố x số cổ phiếu của CFD ở vị thế bán

Lưu ý: Cổ tức sẽ được chi trả hoặc bị tính vào ngày không hưởng cổ tức trong tài khoản giao dịch của bạn

Reminder: the expiration dates of Futures Contracts for USDX_DEC23 & USOIL.JAN24

Dear Customer,

Futures contracts have set durations as set out by the Exchange. Currently, we do not support the automatic switching of positions from one month to the next. Therefore, if clients want to maintain exposure to the underlying product, action is required to either buy or sell the product. This would involve closing the old contract and opening a new position in a futures contract with a later expiry date.

The expiry date of ATFXGM’s US Dollar Futures Index December 2023 (USDX_DEC23) is December 15, 2023 (Friday). Hence, the system will close the position automatically based on the closing price of the day. You are advised to manage the position before the expiry date December 15, 2023 at 23:55 (system time GMT+2), which is the Beijing time GMT +8 on December 16, 2023 at 05:55.

In the MT4 platform, you can also find the expiry date of USDX_DEC23 as follow:

The expiry date of ATFXGM’s US Crude January 2023 (USOIL.JAN24) is December 15, 2023 (Friday). Hence, the system will close the position automatically based on the closing price of the day. You are advised to manage the position before the expiry date December 15, 2023 at 23:55 (system time GMT+2), which is the Beijing time GMT +8 on December 16, 2023 at 05:55.

Thông báo đặc biệt: Công bố gộp cổ phiếu công ty Lufax Holding Ltd

Quý Khách hàng thân mến,

Công ty Lufax Holding Ltd đã thông báo về việc gộp cổ phiếu theo tỷ lệ 4:1, diễn ra vào ngày 15 tháng 12 năm 2023. Điều này nghĩa là cứ mỗi 4 cổ phiếu của công ty Lufax Holding Ltd mà nhà đầu tư nắm giữ sẽ được gộp thành 1 cổ phiếu. Đồng thời, giá cổ phiếu của LU cũng sẽ được điều chỉnh tăng theo tỷ lệ 1:4.

Vì sản phẩm CFD có ký hiệu là #LU do ATFX cung cấp bắt nguồn từ cổ phiếu Lufax Holding Ltd được giao dịch trên sàn giao dịch, nên giá của sản phẩm cũng sẽ thay đổi theo quy định gộp cổ phiếu trên.

Ví dụ dưới đây cho thấy việc gộp cổ phiếu theo tỷ lệ 4:1 của sản phẩm #LU sẽ ảnh hưởng như thế nào đến vị thế mở hiện tại.

Lưu ý:

1. Tất cả các lệnh Chốt lời/Cắt lỗ/Giới hạn mua/Giới hạn bán/Dừng để mua/Dừng để bán đang chờ thực hiện sẽ bị XÓA vào ngày 14 tháng 12 năm 2023 sau khi thị trường đóng cửa.
2. Để đảm bảo sự ổn định giá sau khi gộp cổ phiếu và để tránh ảnh hưởng đến các giao dịch của khách hàng, thời gian bắt đầu giao dịch #LU sẽ bị hoãn 5 phút vào ngày 15/12/2023. Điều này có nghĩa là thời gian giao dịch sẽ bắt đầu vào lúc 16:38 theo thời gian hệ thống MT4!!
3. Các khách hàng nắm giữ ít hơn 4 CFD cổ phiếu sẽ không thể gộp cổ phiếu theo tỷ lệ 4:1, nên việc điều chỉnh sẽ được thực hiện bằng “Tiền mặt”, số tiền sau khi được điều chỉnh sẽ được trừ vào (đối với lệnh mua) hoặc cộng vào (đối với lệnh bán) tài khoản giao dịch.
